Moving People & Systems. Shaping Lasting Transformation.
I’m Dounia Zellou — a Franco-Moroccan transformational speaker, facilitator, leadership coach, artist, and salsa dancer, working with clients across the globe.
For over 12 years, I’ve guided leaders, organizations, and communities through transformations that are not only profound in the moment but sustained over time. My work lives at the crossroads of strategy, embodiment, and creative expression — where change moves beyond ideas to be fully experienced and integrated.
As a dancer, I bring innovative tools from movement and the language of the body into leadership and transformation work — unlocking creativity, presence, and deeper connection.
From global stages and executive retreats to intimate community circles, I bring together the power of words, movement, and presence to spark shifts that resonate far beyond the event itself.

My Mission
To awaken real connection, align vision, and open new possibilities for people and systems — through experiences that engage the mind, move the body, and open the heart.
